2009 Bud Light Scramble - Draw June 18th, 2009 The draw for the 2009 Bud Light Scramble has been released. If you have any question please contact the Pro Shop.

Junior Meeting for Parents- Monday June 15th at 7:00pm June 12th, 2009 There will be a meeting Monday evening June 15th at 7:00pm to review the up coming season. All parents are urged to attend. The complete Junior Program will be explained and the staff will be on hand to meet and answer questions.

Special News Flash- On line Bookings now Available for Members and Guests May 7th, 2009 Gowan Brae members and guests are now able to book tee times on line within 48 hours. Please click on the "Book a Tee Time Box" at the top left of the home page for complete instructions.

Gowan Brae to Open on May 6th for the 2009 Season!!! April 27th, 2009 Gowan Brae is rapidly coming out of a long winter and will be open for play on Wednesday, May 6th Tee times can be booked by calling the pro shop after 9:00am, Monday, May 4th. Tee Times and bookings will begin at 9am until May 16th.

Please note change in dates for the Labatt Scramble- June 20 and 21st March 31st, 2009 The Labatt Scramble has been moved back one week to June 20th and 21st as the Acadian Games are taking place the following week. All hotels are booked and no rooms are available. Please change the dates on your calendar for this event.

Presidents Message-Tim O'Connell January 15th, 2009 Tim O'connell has been elected President of Gowan Brae Golf and Country Club for 2009. Following is his message to the members for the up coming season.

Annual Meeting-New Years Ball- Christmas Sale November 29th, 2008 Please take note of the following important dates. Annual meeting is Sunday, December14th at 7:00pm. New Years Ball Tickets are on sale in the pro shop call soon they are going fast with a three course meal and wine on each table $45 per ticket. Donna and her staff are preparing the meal. A gigantic x-mas sale is on in the pro shop. All fall stock is heavily discounted for clearance and there are some fabulous bargains. Also, new stock just arrived men's amd ladies with brand new cresting for 2009. Hours of operation are Saturdays until x-mas. Open everyday from Tuesday December 16 to the 24th

Winners of Gowan Brae 50th Anniversary Draw September 18th, 2008 The final draw has been made for the anniversary tickets. There were three hundred tickets sold for $20 each and the winners were as follows:

New 3 Man Scramble to be held on Saturday September 20 September 2nd, 2008 The first annual 3- Man Scramble will be held in three weeks, Saturday September 20th at 1:00pm at Gowan Brae. The event will be followed immediately by a great meal and valuable gift certificates from our well stocked Pro Shop. All clubs in the province are welcome to participate. We are accepting the first 72 teams. The handicap factor for the three player team can not be less than 10. Please register right away by calling the pro shop at 506 546-2707 ext#2 as the field is filling. The fee is $40 per player and includes a roast beef supper. This is an 18 hole event and will be a shot gun start at 1:00pm.
